Trash Panda Roll Off Dumpsters – Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
Trash Panda Roll Off Dumpsters (“Trash Panda,” “we,” “our”) provides dumpster rental and waste hauling services to residential and commercial customers throughout Greene County, Missouri, and surrounding areas. By scheduling or paying for a rental, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Deliveries are typically made on the scheduled date. For same-day swaps or pickups, please call us at least 8 hours in advance. A same-day service fee may apply if shorter notice is given.
2. Fees & Payments
Dumpster rental rates and fees are posted on our website and reflected at the time of booking.
All rentals include the agreed rental period and listed tonnage limit.
Payment:
Payment is due at booking unless otherwise arranged. By booking, Customer authorizes Trash Panda Roll Off Dumpsters to charge the card on file for rental, overages, and any applicable additional fees.
Once service begins, all payments are non-refundable.
3. Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply in the following cases:
Same Day Service: $50.00
Additional Days: $25.00 per extra day beyond the agreed rental period
Relocation Fee: $100.00 per move (requires 24-hour notice)
Inaccessible Dumpster or Missed Pickup: $100.00 return-trip fee
Pickup Delay Requested by Customer: $100.00
Prohibited or Hazardous Items: $75–$200 per item or actual disposal cost (whichever is higher)
Overweight Loads: Charged per published rate; off-loading may be required if over legal weight limits
4. Dumpster Placement & Responsibility
Customer must provide a clear, level area that can handle the dumpster’s weight.
Trash Panda is not responsible for any damage to driveways, pavement, lawns, or underground systems caused by placement or pickup.
Once placed, the dumpster must not be moved by anyone other than Trash Panda Roll Off Dumpsters.
5. Loading Guidelines
Load level with the top rail — nothing sticking out or above the sides.
No liquids, hazardous materials, or other prohibited items (see list below).
Customer is fully responsible for the dumpster’s contents until pickup and disposal.
Overfilled dumpsters may be partially unloaded on-site at Customer’s expense to meet safe transport requirements.
6. Acceptable vs. Prohibited Waste
✅ Acceptable Waste:
Non-hazardous construction, remodeling, and cleanup debris — such as:
wood, drywall, roofing, furniture, carpet, yard waste, plastic, metal, and general household junk.
❌ Prohibited Waste:
Do not load the dumpster with any of the following:
Tires, batteries, paint, oil, fuel, or other flammable liquids
Hazardous or toxic materials
Electronics (TVs, monitors, etc.)
Appliances containing Freon
Asbestos, chemicals, or medical waste
Drums, barrels, or containers with residue
Trash Panda reserves the right to inspect and refuse any load containing restricted materials. Any rejected items will be left on-site and billed accordingly.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Provide safe, unobstructed access for delivery and pickup.
Maintain a minimum 15 feet of clearance overhead from wires or tree branches.
Obtain any required city or property permits for placement.
Do not use machinery or compactors to crush materials inside the dumpster.
Be responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of the dumpster while in possession.
Ensure all waste is within weight limits; overweight dumpsters may incur additional charges or be refused service.
8. Liability & Indemnification
Trash Panda Roll Off Dumpsters is not responsible for damage to surfaces, driveways, lawns, or underground utilities.
Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Trash Panda Roll Off Dumpsters, its owners, and employees from any damage, claims, or injury related to dumpster placement or use, except in cases of proven negligence.
9. Unavoidable Casualty
Trash Panda is not liable for service delays due to weather, traffic, road closures, strikes, equipment failure, or any event outside our control.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be handled in Greene County Circuit Court.
11. Agreement
By ordering, paying for, or signing the rental agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
